Heaven On Earth (Kashmir)Day 01: Arrive Srinagar
Arrive Srinagar Airport. Where you will be met, welcomed and transfer to Houseboat. Afternoon Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting Char Chinar & Floating Gardens. Meals and overnight at Houseboat. Day 02 :Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar ( 85Kms x 2 ) After Early breakfast full day excursion to Sonmarg. Sonmarg : At an altitude of 2740 Meteres . The town lies in the heart of a beautiful valley carved by the river Sindh. The meadow of gold strewn with the loveliest of alpine flowers and surrounded by towering mountains and Glaciers. Evening return to Houseboat . Meals & Overnight at Deluxe Houseboat. Day 03 Afternoon sightseeing of Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Garden, Shalimar Garden & Shankaracharaya Temple. Meals and overnight at Houseboat Day 04 Srinagar - Pahalagam (92 Kms x2)-Srinagar : After early breakfast drive for full day trip to Pahalgam. Pahalgam : Also known as the land of shepherds. The mountain town is located along the bank of River Lidder. Starting point of many treks and Amarnath cave. Evening return to Srinagar. Meals and overnight at Houseboat in Sringar. Day 05 Srinagar - Gulmarg ( 52 x 2 Kms ) : After breakfast check out from the houseboat in time for overnight trip to Gulmarg. Gulmarg : At an altitude of 2730 Meteres . The name means Meadows of Flowers and in spring it's just that. Also known as India's premier skiing resort & Golf course. Recently a new cable car project has been commissioned know as GANDOLA which goes upto Khilanmarg/Affarwat. One can have panaromic view of snow clad mountain ranges. Gulmarg is also famous for Sunset. Meals & Overnight at Hotel Pine palace or Similar in Gulmarg. Day 02 – Delhi – Nainital Leave by surface from Delhi to Nainital, a 100 year old hill station is in a valley near Naini Lake - a blue green lake surrounded by hills on all sides and named after Goddess Naini after which the town takes its name. It is a beautiful hill district nestled in the lap of the Central Himalayas in the Kumaon region. On arrival Check into Hotel. Evening is free to visit Naini Lake , Return to the hotel . Dinner & Overnight Day 03 : Nainital After breakfast we will take you to a sightseeing trip of Nainital including Snow view Point : located at height of 2270 meter on the Sher-ka-Danda hill is the most easily accessible, if not on foot then via the cable car that skims its surface and whisks you away merrily to the top. Once there you can only gaze in wonder at the glittering panorama of Himalayan snows spanning the distant horizon, Naina Peak: Known as the China peak at 8,568 feet is the highest point in Nainital. It commands a superb view of the Himalayas and an intriguing bird’s-eye view of Nainital. One can walk or take ponies to the peak, Naina Devi Temple: The attractive lake of Nainital is said to be the eyes of Sati, wife of Lord Shiva. Sati jumped into the sacrificial bonfire. Lord Shiva to mourn the death of his beloved wife carried the body across the country. The remains of her body fell at various places which today are sacred worship places for the Hindus, St. John's Church: This church was built in 1847. A brass memorial is kept in memory of the persons who were buried in the infamous landslide. Return to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight Day 04 – Nainital – Ranikhet – Nainital After breakfast leave for Corbett. Arrive Corbett and check in to the hotel Day 06 : Corbett After an early breakfast visit Jim Corbett National Park India. Jim Corbett National Park India had the proud distinction of being chosen as the venue for the inauguration of Project Tiger in India; earlier part of Uttar Pradesh now comes under Uttaranchal, the newly found state. Jim Corbett National Park India is home to a variety of flora and fauna, Corbett park is famous for its wild population of Tigers, Leopards and Elephants. Corbett Tiger Reserve has a great variety of fauna on account of habitat diversity. In the Jim Corbett National Park are found 110 tree species, 50 mammals' species, 580 bird species and 25 reptile species. Return to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight. Day 07 : Corbett – Delhi
After breakfast depart for Delhi airport to board your onward flight.
Delhi – Shimla – Manali – Chandigarh – Delhi (08Nts / 10 Days) Day 1 Delhi Arrive Delhi.Where you will be met, welcomed and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Delhi. Day 2 Delhi – Shimla After breakfast you will drive to Shimla - the land of pine scented hills, beautiful Shali peaks, crisp winter skies, fragrant cedar forests, romantic mists and golden hillsides (343 kms / 8 hours). On arrival check into your hotel. Overnight in Shimla. Day 3 Around Shimla After breakfast you will be driven to Kufri valley - located 16 kms from Shimla, it commands a panoramic view of the majestic Himalayas. Later in the afternoon visit Naldehra - 23kms - under a skyline etched with conifers, Naldehra offers a well-groomed nine hole golf course. Drive back to your hotel in the evening. Return to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight. Day 4 In Shimla Morning after breakfast proceed visit Jakhu Temple, dedicated to Hanuman, from where you enjoy an excellent view of Shimla. Next visit the Viceregal Lodge, which once served as the seat of power. Rest of the day is free to explore Shimla’s famous mall road. Return to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight. Day 5 Shimla to Manali via Kullu valley After breakfast, drive to Manali en-route visiting Kullu valley (260 kms / 6 hrs). On arrival check into your hotel and spend rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Manali. Day 6 In Manali After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Rohtang Pass, located 51 km from Manali, 3978 meters high, which for centuries was the gateway to the trading routes that led to Lahaul, Ladakh and Central Asia. From the crest of the pass, one can take in a sweeping panorama of mountain ranges, pinnacles, precipitous cliffs, ridges, huge glaciers, moraine and deep ravines. Return to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight. Day 7 In Manali After breakfast, visit the Jagatsukh Naggar Art Gallery, Hadimba Devi Temple and the Tibetan Monastery before proceeding to Vashisht village, just outside Manali, across the river Beas, known for its hot sulphur springs whose water is said to have curative properties. Return back to the hotel in the afternoon. Rest of the day free. Dinner & Overnight Day 8 Manali to Chandigarh After breakfast drive to Chandigarh (292 kms / 7 hours). On arrival at Chandigarh check into your hotel. Rest of day at leisure. Overnight in Chandigarh. Day 09 Chandigarh to Delhi After breakfast, drive back to Delhi (238Kms/6Hrs). On arrival in Delhi, proceed for a half day city tour of Old and New Delhi. Visit Jamma Mosque, Shantivan, drive through India Gate and Raj Ghat in Old Delhi. In New Delhi take a photo stop at Qutub Minar (72mts high), drive past the Red Fort, Embassy area, Jantar Mantar, and Connaught Place - the main shopping centre in New Delhi. After the tour drive straight to the airport to board your onward flight.
